Glenn Cook - Team GB Olympic & Commonwealth Team Coach With over 25 years of coaching experience, Glenn has been a member of Team GB Olympic and England Commonwealth Games coaching teams since 2002. His experience in the professional field of triathlon is extensive as both a competitor and coach. He was a runner-up at the first ever ITU World Triathlon Championships as well as two-time European Triathlon Champion.

Who are FIT Elite Training camps for?
Camps are aimed at a variety of abilities as daily sessions are targeted accordingly and groups are formed depending on ability unless the camp is advertised with a specific target audience in mind. Coaches ensure that everyone gets the most out of their time away.
FIT Elite run our Triathlon focused training in Spain, in the well known Jalon Valley with beautiful scenery, smooth roads and fast access to the Mediterranean coastline.

- Individual and group feedback on swim, bike and run sessions
- Plenty of opportunity to spend time talking through specifics with the coaching team
- A mixture of hard training sessions with easier endurance based work along with technique sets, but always with a good reason “WHY” you are doing what you are doing
- Education on Triathlon Training methodology
- Most days consist of minimum 5 hours of coaching
- The camp is tailored for experienced Triathletes aiming to podium in their class
